Joana works on embedding machine learning and artificial intelligence in meteorological products and services.

Sophia's research focuses on data infrastructure in data science projects, making trustworthy machine learning models and advancing the use and trust of machine learning approaches.

Emilie leads the multidisciplinary ‘Research to Applications’ team which focuses on utilising data science to transform our understanding of a changing environment and to find solutions to the challenges that it presents.
