Denmark Strait

North Iceland

Cyclonic 6 to gale 8, occasionally severe gale 9 at first in west, decreasing 3 to 5 in far northeast, and decreasing 4 to 6 later in southwest. Rough or very rough, occasionally high at first in southeast. Occasional rain, sleet and snow, fog banks developing in northeast. Moderate or good, occasionally very poor. Moderate or severe icing expected near ice edge and also in east with temperatures of ms03 to ms06, becoming very severe at times until 222000utc near ice edge with temperatures of around ms08, with light icing extending east from 221500utc between 67 and 70 north with temperatures of around ms03, and all icing gradually becoming confined to north of 68 north by 230300utc.

Norwegian Basin

Southerly or southwesterly 6 to gale 8. Very rough, occasionally rough near norway coast and high at first in west. Squally showers. Good, occasionally poor.
